Safe Viewer

Safe Viewer lets you open files in a read-only preview mode to reduce risky clicks and “gotcha” behavior from suspicious files. It disables clickable links and active content where possible, and focuses on showing a safe preview (text/images) instead of opening the file normally. This helps reduce the chance of triggering malicious macros, malware, scripts, or PDF tricks — but it’s not a 100% malware-proof sandbox, so still use common sense.

Tip: For maximum safety, prefer plain text exports (TXT/CSV/JSON) when possible. PDFs and Office files can contain embedded content — this tool focuses on safer preview, not perfect sanitization.
