File shredder

File Shredder permanently deletes files and folders by overwriting their contents (best-effort) and then removing them. Use it when you want to reduce recovery risk before you throw away, sell, or share a device. (Note: nothing is 100% guaranteed on all storage types, especially SSDs because of wear-levelling and caching.)

Tip: Close any apps using the file first, and double-check what you drop in — shredding can’t be undone.
