Choose a focused tool for a quick mobile task, or learn which office workflows are better on a laptop. The guide below explains what each group of tools is for and links you directly to relevant products.

Guide to our office tools: start with your task

Choose by the result you need. These links open mobile pages where the workflow is supported; desktop-focused products explain how to continue on a laptop.

Calculate or convert

Use Calculator for arithmetic and Unit Converter for measurements.

Measure time

Choose Timer for a countdown, Stopwatch for elapsed time, or Time for a country’s local time.

Study or decode

Use Codebreaker for text puzzles. CSV Flashcards is a desktop workflow for loading a two-column CSV deck.

Ranker builds an order from head-to-head choices. Document Comparer is available on desktop for comparing text versions.

Which tools work on mobile or desktop?

Quick mobile tools

Calculator, Unit Converter, Timer, Stopwatch, Time, Ranker and Codebreaker have mobile pages for their focused browser workflows.

Desktop document workflows

Use a laptop or desktop for Merge PDFs, Split PDFs, Letter Builder, Invoice and Quote Generator, Employment Contract, NDA Builder, Document Comparer and CSV Flashcards. Some mobile pages provide information only when the full document or file workflow is desktop-only.

Windows desktop tools

Autoclicker, Button Pusher and Click Identifier need Windows desktop access. This phone page describes the tools; it does not control your phone.

Practical workflows

Prepare a document

For a letter, contract, NDA or invoice, collect the names, dates, amounts and terms first. Open the desktop tool, generate a draft, then check every field before copying or downloading it. These tools organise your entries; important legal or financial documents still need appropriate review.

Check text or study material

Keep the original text before comparing versions with Document Comparer. For CSV Flashcards, use two columns with one question and answer per row, then test a small sample before loading a larger deck.

Review results

Check page order, names, dates, totals and spelling before using an exported document. Keep original files until you are satisfied with the result, and use sample data while learning a new tool.

Do these apps require installation?

Many are browser tools. Autoclicker, Button Pusher and Click Identifier are Windows desktop tools; the document builders and PDF tools are desktop browser workflows rather than phone controls. Check each product page for its exact requirements.
